Yes, Amour Eternel Fleur roses are real roses that have been handpicked during harvesting in South America, and treated to last more than a year.

To ensure your beautiful roses last their lifetime, store them in a cool, dry area, away from excess heat and humidity.

Please keep in mind that the petals are fragile just as rose petals should be. If you need to dust, use a soft feather duster to clean them.

Our special preserving process does all the work for you, so no maintenance is required. Please do not attempt to remove the roses from the box arrangement they are intended to be in.

We recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place, away from excess heat and humidity.

The ideal temperature for your roses ranges from 16-25 degrees Celsius (°C).

We do not recommend taking your flowers out of the box as each arrangement was carefully created to ensure your gorgeous roses remain preserved and last their lifetime.

If the flowers are removed from their packaging, it may result in damaged roses and a decrease in their lifespan.

It is recommended to keep the arrangement in cool conditions away from direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is 15-22 degrees. Do not stack anything on top of roses as this can damage them and keep the roses in their box. They were carefully arranged to ensure they remain secure and protected. Do not water the roses.

If you want to report problems with your order, such as damaged roses or faulty boxes, please email us photos and details to info@amoureternelfleur.com and we will evaluate the incident, and work with you to resolve the issue.

Amour Eternel Fleur roses are farmed in South America, where the climate is most favourable. Our fresh roses are cut at their most radiant stage, and undergo a preservation process. During the preservation process, the roses are rehydrated and placed in a plant-based formula without compromising the roses’ natural shape and radiance.
